how many awards has bts won ?

At the Billboard Music Awards, BTS has set a new standard for the music industry. As a result of its seven nominations in six categories, K-pop group S.E.S. shattered its own record for the most nominations obtained by any group or pair in any year. It won three awards at the Las Vegas gala on Sunday, breaking another another record.

When the Billboard Music Trophies were cancelled to concentrate on BTS's forthcoming album, the group's members were honoured with three awards, including Top Duo/Group, Top Song Sales Artist, and the Top Selling Song. Destiny's Child had previously held the record for the most Billboard Music Accolades victories, with 11 wins, 17 years ago, but they have now broken it with a total of 12 awards. Michelle Williams, Beyoncé, and Kelly Rowland used to be in a band together.

Three Billboard Music Awards 2022 honours are bestowed to BTS.

For the first time ever, a K-pop group, BTS, was nominated and ultimately won a Billboard Music Award in 2017. There has been an award given out every year since. Since their debut nomination in the Top Social Artist category in 2017, they have won the award every year. In addition to 2019, 2021, and 2022, they've won the Top Duo/Group title three times in a row. Taking their overall number of awards to 12 this year, they also won in the categories of Top Song Sales Artist and Top Selling Song.

After BTS' historic victory, ARMY thanked the group and said, "BTS paved the way." Someone wrote: "Congratulation on your three award wins. They are well-deserved and indicate that your work is of exceptional quality. There are a total of seven kings." Others praised them for breaking a record established by Destiny's Child, which included Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland, and Michelle Williams. In 2006, the band had officially dissolved.

an admirer said, "I'm a kid of destiny! Beyoncé was a member of this group! Isn't it amazing how much of an influence BTS has had so far? Speak to them politely," one user advised, while another said, "Can I just clarify that BTS recently overtook a band in honours that includes Beyoncé as one of its members??"" Others pondered the possibility of a BTS-Beyonce cooperation. As one person put it, "So Beyonce X BTS?"

ARMY is still not satisfied with Billboard's doubts about BTS's success, despite the group's historic victory. As recently as BTS's most recent Billboard interview, the ARMY was accused of swaying the charts by purchasing large quantities of their music in bulk. This happened when their English single Butter, which was published in May 2021 and stayed at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 list for 10 weeks, becoming the longest-ranking no. 1 song in chart history.

ARMY is still enraged and has questioned Billboard's decision to delete the Top Social Artist category without providing any rationale for their actions. This year, three categories of the Billboard Music Awards event will be decided by fans, who will cast their ballots using a combination of data gleaned from the program's live audience, streaming music, and social media activity. It's possible that BTS might have tied Justin Bieber's record of six victories if they had won this year's prize.

"This year would have been 4 wins if the Billboards weren't so intimidated and chose to eliminate Top Social Artist," one ARMY said in response to Billboard's decision. 'So Top Social Artists award is withdrawn from the category this year with unclear reason/official reason?' another inquired. "So apparent why BB discontinued the Top Social Artist award," a third person remarked.

According to the company's website, BTS will release their next album on June 10th. Proof is an anthology CD of 15 tracks, several of which are previously unreleased. It's named Yet To Come.
